What is your view of getting a "W" withdrawal grade on your transcript?

drop the cl and take the W. i was an econ major and my GPA was the same as yours. if there should ever be a question regarding why you dropped the cl, you say that you had to work more in order to save up for grad school etc. it's perfectly acceptable. i withdrew from a math cl, because i got a 70 on my first midterm. the grad student teaching it was clearly a pot head, and i was afraid of not learning anything from him. graduated summa m (it wouldn't let me spell it the right way) laude, with a W on my transcript, and got into dental school :) ...good luck
