How much will i loose if...?

This sounds pretty good to me, but I am no expert. Do not drink so much water so that you will feel bloated and not be hungry. This is kinda drastic, just don't cut down the amount of food you are eating anymore than it is. Your blood sugar level needs to be maintained or you will have cravings, nature's way of taking care of this. On your exercise program, start slowly so that your muscles do not get sore and again you don't want to overdo and you want your body to maintain it;s natural level of nutrients, iron and potium. If you start to feel run down or tired, you may need to increase your food intake a slight amount and take a good multi vitamin and do not start anything totally STUPID like taking laxatives, colon cleanse or making yourself throw up. Let your body do things naturally as it was intended. If you feel constipated eat more fiber, veggies and fruits with skins, lettuce, carrots, cabbage, etc. If you get d. then reverse the above. You want to go slow and let your body adjust to these changes so that the weight will stay off and not come back. Hope this helps. Remember go slow and be safe.
