If your mom called you a big baby do you think she means it?

me and my bother threw ketchup at mcdonalds he is 13 im 16. Look my mom wouldnt give me 90 bucks for a game so i lost it. thats why i threw the kecthup around she yelled at us called us babies told us we belong in diapers and high chairs. my mom had to pay money for some girls ourse we ruined there by getting ketchup on it but .Can i report her to cps for saying that telling lies about me saying i need them. Isnt that slander or something? she grounded me told me i cant be trusted that i need a babysitter if i go out. she took away my i pod and x box. what the hell? can cps take her away for being so cruel and telling lies about me saying i need pampers on and stuff.She took away my i pod and x box now shes saying i dont deserve anything for christmas. That babies dont get grown up gifts..can cps put her in her place at least talk too her.
