If your doing illegal drugs or starting a new perscription drug that could be doing it. If not then you may actually have something wrong with your brain (headaches and dark figures) the dreams are prolly just you worrying about the figures skitting around and you're scared. Or your house may be haunted. Or you may be being followed by aliens who run through your house and probe statnge dreams into your mind while you're sleeping.
