My nose is very congested 3 days after Maxillo facial surgery, is it normal?

I just had an upper jaw surgery, I can barely breath through my nose, the nasal sprays don't do much, the stronger nasal spray makes blood coming out of my nose and I'm scared to use it, what can I do?
