How do I cash a check made out to my closed business?

The check is a tax rebate from the State, and they will not re-issue it in my name. They say it has to be in the company's name. My business banking account is closed. The company was an LLC. One option is to re-open the business, that that will involve the headache of tax forms. any suggestions?
