TONS of cookbooks on Southern cooking and New England cooking but almost none on Mid Atlantic! We have some of he best seafood in the world-- Steamed with Old Bay, Fried oysters, Soft crab sandwiches, the BEST crab cakes, Crab Imperial, we have Eastern Shore tomatoes and Silver Queen corn, Rock Fish, Fried tomatoes, spinach stuffed ham... on and on! Don't we promote it well enough? Everyone here knows it. What gives!?!
