Puppy is on Clavamox medication. Neuter next week.?

Bruno my 8 month chihuahua in on medication (clavamox "amoxicillin") He has/had (not totally recover yet) a bad skin infection. Anyways he is getting neuter on monday and don't now whether to stop the med or not.
