Im on a diet right now. I do kickboxing monday-thursday for 45 mins and spar (30 mins or 45 mins) 2 times a week. I also do this program on my tredmill that says i lose 500 calories, i do this for 30 mins, for like almost everyday except mondays. My question is, i get wheat bread, large, and i get chicken, ham, turkey and bacon when i go to quiznos. Is this healthy for me to eat if im in a diet? If not, tell me what should i take out. Thank you people.
