I'm just so confused about my relationship, what am I to think?

My boyfriend shows NO PDA. He tells me holding hands in public is childish. We have maybe once a week, if that, and then gets annoyed when I bring even up. What the heck am I supposed to think? He never goes anywhere with me, and I have asked him about these issues. He usually says I am being too worried and that I'm overreacting or pretty much just blows it off. What the hell!!
