How do I Get a car loan with NO CREDIT ... YET?

I just got a job I will be making about 150 to 200 bucks per week. I am looking to finance a car that is $7500 Which will run me payments hoovering around $165 a month. The only problem is is that i don't have credit OR a credit card. I want to get financed and it is Essential that I have a car or I will not be able to make it to work each day. What should I do? My parents are not willing to co-sign a loan because, well they really didn't tell me because they gave my sister a car and well Im left out there to dry. I got a Job, I NEED TO FIND A WAY TO GET TO WORK. and living in bum south carolina with no taxi's or subways doesn't help. Is there any financing companies out there that can help me out?
